otk10 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play
These terms govern all use of the otk10 platform. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these conditions in full.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and otk10 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the otk10 website and all services, games, promotions, and features offered through it. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using the otk10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the otk10 platform. These Terms apply to all users accessing the platform from Bangladesh and are governed by the applicable laws and regulations in the territory in which the user resides. otk10 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Only players aged 21 and above may register and play at otk10. Age verification may be required at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Each player may hold only one active account on the otk10 platform at any time.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency conversion required.
All games on otk10 use certified RNG technology or live dealer formats. Manipulation of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account at otk10, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any of these conditions entitles otk10 to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
- You must be a natural person and not register or operate an account on behalf of a third party, company, or organisation.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of otk10.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering and must promptly update this information if it changes.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the otk10 platform under any prior account.
otk10 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. If at any point we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 21, we will suspend the account and request documentary evidence of age. Any winnings generated during the period of suspension pending age verification may be withheld until the verification is complete and satisfactory. If age verification fails, the account will be permanently closed and winnings forfeited.
3. Account Registration and Management
Each player may hold only one registered account on the otk10 platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- All activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. You are liable for all transactions, bets, and actions performed on your account.
- If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify otk10 support immediately at [email protected].
- otk10 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
- otk10 may, at its absolute discretion, refuse to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account permanently, with or without cause, at any time.
All personal information you provide to otk10 must be accurate, complete, and kept current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the otk10 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. otk10 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by otk10 support. Processing times vary by method but are typically completed within one to three business days.
- otk10 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify a withdrawal request before processing. This may include proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
- otk10 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. These are outside otk10's control.
otk10 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to investigate any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with a player's typical activity. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or fraud, we will freeze the relevant funds, suspend the account, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players must never use the otk10 platform to transfer, conceal, or process funds obtained through illegal means.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
otk10 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per player unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credited to another account.
- otk10 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or system exploitation.
- Free spins, if awarded, are valid only on the games specified in the promotion terms and must be used within the time window stated. Unused free spins expire automatically.
6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
otk10 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules apply to all games, bets, and sporting events available through the platform:
- All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer operations and are not manipulated by otk10.
- Sports betting odds are set by the platform and may be updated in real time. All bets are final once accepted by the system. otk10 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to technical errors.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or betting outcome, the records held by the otk10 platform shall be the definitive source of truth. Players may contact support to raise a dispute within 30 days of the event in question.
- In the event of a system error, network interruption, or technical fault that disrupts a game in progress, otk10 will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the fault. If this is not possible, the relevant round may be declared void and any stakes returned to the player's account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the otk10 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the platform or any game offered on it.
- Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity, to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including but not limited to match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting patterns.
- Using the platform to launder money, process funds derived from criminal activity, or engage in any transaction that violates applicable financial regulations.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive conduct toward other players or otk10 staff through any communication channel associated with the platform.
Where otk10 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold or forfeit any balance held in the account. In cases involving fraud or illegal activity, otk10 may also report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the player.
8. Responsible Gaming
otk10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity on the platform:
- Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account to help manage their spending.

otk10 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any game offered on it. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. otk10 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service outages, maintenance periods, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
10. Amendments to These Terms
otk10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. We may also notify players of material changes via email to the address registered on their account or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the otk10 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
